What I'm trying to do is cut out a certain part of the background noise in an audio clip. I could upload a couple of audio clips and give you an example of what I want to do. I'm not sure if I worded it correctly before. I'm actually very new to this.

I've been trying to figure out how to cut out a piece of a audio clip, but I have no idea how to do it. If anyone could help me out then I would really appreciate it.
