Re: hiss remover

Disregard that message, coonsanders. It is 101% PURE SPAM. You'll find that most user forums on the web are victimized by spammers. I'm surprised a message as stupid as this one appeared on the Goldwave forum, because usually spammers at least TRY to stay on the topic of the forum. Spam messages are...

Re: newbie - problem with video format for youtube

Or antorra, you could go find a forum that actually relates to your problem. (If you are a real user, that is... seems like a very generic question!)

Re: control window

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds to me like your sound file has a lot of silence attached at the end of it. When you play the song, does Goldwave keep playing (and playing, and playing...) after the song is over? If so, you've got lots of useless silence. In that case, try left-clicki...

Re: goldwave + flv

Same here... I tried extracting audio out of an flv video yesterday, and it worked without a hitch. I'm guessing it has something to do with how the audio is encoded in the flv, because I tried another flv that had stereo sound, and it didn't work. Mono works just fine, though!

I can see a preset list in the Auto Cue window being a nice feature, actually...
Could come in quite handy!

Re: Good Job, Chris!

I've got to agree with you there, donrandall. There is nothing wrong with the interface the way it is. What I just meant was that it would be a treat to have some eye candy in there. But whatever... I realize that eye candy takes away processing power, so, do what you've gotta do. Cheers, and defini...

Re: Batch improvement

Hey,
Yeah, thanks for your fancy link too. What a waste of time. For your information, such a post is totally useless. I know better than to click on that kind of junk. Can somebody take out that link too?

Hellooo.
What are you up to, majhar99? Got some spamming up your sleeve? donrandall already said exactly what you just posted a while ago. This is obviously a copy-paste thing. If you haven't got any thing better to do...

Have you tried using the mix feature? If you open both of the files you want to mix, then select the one that you want to mix and press Ctrl+C (copy). Then go to the other file, the one that you want to mix the other file with, click where you want to start the mix, and click Mix. You'll get a dialo...

Feature Request

Maybe sometime, Goldwave will be able to give me a smooth scrolling waveform while recording instead of jumping the way it is now. I always zoom in to one minute while recording, and when the record marker gets to the end of the viewable area, it bounces over a whole minute. Maybe something could be...
