6.60 Lock toolbar
I saw in the notes of the update before I installed it that there was a Lockable Toolbar. How do I lock it?

Voice over Effect
Hi
I use Voiceover Effect quite often and it works great! However this time it slowing my voice down over regular speed music. Never had this happen before. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Batch edit effects
I need to batch edit about 600 super short files. There is a noise at the end of each that my Noise Gate settings will remove. But I can't seem to get it to process. I started with only 8 files. It just won't do it. Any suggestions?

Colors changing randomly
When I opened Goldwave today (and everytime I open Goldwave now) the colors change. I loved my blue background now its green apple green. I've tried changing the colors in the menu, and it's OK until I restart Goldwave, then the barfy green comes back. I even tried reinstalling Goldwave. Now it's pu...

Re: Detect Silences and Reduce Volume (Breaths)
I found a solution after much trial and error. This worked for my breaths in voice over recording. In the filter menu > Noisegate I chose the preset No Igoring of Brief Sounds. And it completely took out automatically ALL of my breaths -- which is what I was looking for.

Were you ever able to add Debreath by Waves to Goldwave?

Save a filter setting?
Is there a way to save my own custom settings for effects? Specifically filters?

Re: Detect Silences and Reduce Volume (Breaths)
I was asking as Twisted Wave has detect silence and it will reduce the volume on the "silences" recording I cannot abandon Goldwave as it is what I am most comfortable with. I was hoping Goldwave had it too.

Detect Silences and Reduce Volume (Breaths)
I am wondering if there is a setting(s) that I can use to reduce breath volume in a long recorded narration. I want to leave most of the breaths in, but reduce the volume of them. Ideally I'd like to visually see the marked silences in the waveform first and then adjust the settings. Anything like t...

Re: Over modulating at 5
Ok, I did mean -5db I was using just the saffire 2i2, but it was suggested by fellow voice over talent that the Avalon would be a good addition. Actually everything was fine on my last computer which died and had worked great for 7 years with great levels, but on my new one i'm having these level is...

Re: Over modulating at 5
I'm using a Rode NT1A condenser mic into an Avalon V5 preamp, into a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 into my PC.
It's clipping at 5 and I don't know what to do. I'm relatively sure it's a some setting that I don't know. I'd really prefer not to have to match or max volume every time.

Over modulating at 5
As a voice talent I like to have my levels peaking at 6 but I can't seem to get levels higher than 5 without over modulating and the wave form cuts off. Is there a setting that sets the peak that I can change?
