Open a new blank file.

Tools -> Expression Evaluator -> Presets -> Waves -> Sine

Enter 150 for f and click OK!

That problem is now fixed in v6.70. We do not provide versions because they may contain issues that complicate technical support or affect reliability. There is no short for that. You can use 'H' to move the marker and start playback. Maybe you can use 'H' + Escape to move it and stop playback immediately.
