Who prefers (uses) Goldwave v4 over v5???
I see that there are still quite a few of you out there who still uses Goldwave v4. Why is that? Is it that you're more comfortable with its layout and used to it after using it for so long? It's great that Goldwave still offers and supports its older version at least cause most companies don't back...

Dubbing without using the "Mix" button...
A quick summary of the following would be this since the rest is kind of long and might be hard to understand: I just want to know is it possible to keep music that we have that already exists in one window while we record audio in that same window , where the music will not be overwritten? This wou...

OpenGL disabled...
I've had this problem for about a week. I went to go view my spectrum visual, and I accidently clicked on the "Spinning Logo" visual. When I clicked on it, it said "OpenGL disabled. Enable with Start, Programs... GoldWave Setup". I saw that the checkbox for "disable OpenGL&q...

I know some programs do this. If so could you let me know. If it does, is there any way to put/keep them in (besides settin...

Reset Clip & Set Peak Hold Time VU Meter
Hi, I got a question, if it is possible, can you reset the clip on the Analog Meter if the meter peaks out? I know you can do this with the VU meter under properties. I would to be able to do this because the only way to reset the peak hold (in the red zone) is by starting over. I only ask because I...

GoldWave is the best program ever...
Hi, I am new member to the boards here, but frequently checked them out (when I wasn't a member). I have been using GoldWave for a while now (the evaluation version), and am going to get the retail version ASAP. I have never seen an editing program so small, do so much. It just amazing. I have been ...
