Glad to see it worked :D Sorry for the poor explanation (didn't know how else to explain it), but I guess it was enough to get you through, right?

Still don't know what happened with my manual. Puzzled. :?:

Nick, I assume you have the full registered version right? Otheriwse you won't be able to view them. Also you need to install the key that came with the program to unlock the pictures in the manual, which should remove the red X. It was a seperate key for the manual. Now I'm thinking if I should jus...

Trouble displaying the manual...

I don't know what happened, but for some reason I can't view my big GoldWave manual. I tried opening it in GoldWave under the help file, and it just locks up GoldWave (the first time it ever locked up too, that I can recall, which is definitely good). Anyways, I even tried opening it up under Window...

Re: Same Problem

To create to RAM (or at least save the temp files), click on Options | Storage and under the Temporary Storage settings, click on "RAM", instead of "Hard drive". Maybe you can work around from there. Hope that helps a bit.

Nick, I assume you know this, but to get there go Options | Toolbar , its under the "Main" tab. If you are trying to make them all on one level main buttons on one side, effects on the other half, drag the little grey thing (has little lines on it, thats the best way I can describe it, sor...

I don't see M4A as being a supported file, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Well maybe it's not listed as a supported file because under the QTFile readme it says the following: "This plug-in adds read-only support for unencrypted Apple iTune and QuickTime files to GoldWave, which all...

Chris,

I feel the same, if you can enable an option to toggle it on and off, then sure, I'm for it. Otherwise, keep it as it is. I'd rather have it flash than not flash.

d) What was likely to have been causing that 'black window'? My only guess on the thing that might have caused the "black window" is when you select "delete" on the WHOLE waveform (and nothing else is left unselected). I would say somewhere down the line you might have deleted e...

Re: Customize keys...

... 5.10 doesn't have the option to use the Windows clipboard instead of the GoldWave one (cause 4.26 does) . Why was that removed? I'm just curious about that one. PeachGirl, The following is taken from here : "The Windows clipboard is not used at all. An internal, virtual clipboard is used i...

I don't know exactly if this link is what you're looking for (although it is only a trial). If it isn't, I'm sure someone else could point you in the right direction.

GWBPMCounter Visual....Exactly What I Needed!!...

Chris, I find this little thing amazing. It just tried it out for 15 minutes and I am in awe how well it works. It is very simple as you said (but very effective, I got pretty close to the same results as my other editor). I am now deleting my other program that I used just for BPM, so now I can hav...

Okay, sorry for the misunderstanding. I recall the noise you're referring to. I guess I don't experience that problem enough, otherwise it probably would have occurred to me that it could be your problem. As OKCBoy said above, I would also try downloading the latest version of Strip Wave to see if t...

Re: To: Sarge

I've gotten a few pop/clicks removed from some CD's using that process, since I have had the same problem a couple times (using the aggressive preset).Since it's only at the end of the file, could you just "trim" or "delete" the click from the .wav file(s)? (Although it might be ...

Re: Strip wave

 I have an old version of Gold wave... Can someone guide me to a "strip wave" program that I can use on WAV files to get rid of that annoying click? I can guide you by downloading the latest version of GoldWave. They have had a pop/click remover in it now for quite some time now. Ho...

Arc,

5.09 came out January 25. We're now on 5.10 which came out on Febuary 16, a little over 8 months ago. And if all goes well, 5.11 by the end of this month.
