there are two possible answers to this...... If your soundcard can handle ful duplex, then yes it should work. If you plug your input into the line in...then select line in as your input in goldwave....that will allow you to record.... As for playback, if you open a SEPERATE instance of goldwave, an...

good point! I actually DID mean processing on a time by time basis....basically an audio engineer for a teleconference bridge... thats a lot of good experience to learn from, thanks....i find boosting a little bit of 400 often gives it a little more thickness, and less "tinny" quality. But...

Thanks PN..i did know that, but i didnt state that....lol No, because the encoding process adds a bit of silence to the beginning and/or end of the file, messing up the ability to loop properly. interesting...is that using the LAME encoder only? dont get me wrong..i use wavs or aiffs anyway...im jus...

What is it a recording of?

If its spoken voice you can get away with a smoother and the some volume lowering and an EQ....

but if its music....things get a little more rough
