To gererate the effects, enter your expression in the box, or choose one of the presets, (located on the right side of the window under Dial Tones, Effects, Music, Noise, or Waves). White is listed under the noise presets. To generate the following expression set the values you want (f,n,t) and then click OK.

A while back I came across this website, which has some other cool expressions (located down the page a bit) for the evaluator. Hope this helps a bit.
