I am interested in Goldwave for recording audio waves and downloading them onto voice modules.
What hardware would I need to download onto these modules?

Could you be more specific about what kind of voice modules you are using? The technical information/specifications for the voice modules should give information about how audio can be transferred to them, but that is not something you'd find at this website. Try searching on Google for "voice module interface cards".
