Feature request - after section delete file display

Post by kermit1942 »

I've used the 10 sec zoom and I've noticed that when I select large sections to be deleted after the delete action the portion of the file that is displayed is nowhere near the section that was just deleted. It is necessary for me to scroll several screens back to resync the display to the point where I can continue with my last action point.

The view shows a certain absolute time range (from 1:20 to 1:30, for example). If you delete some audio from the beginning of the file (before the view time), the same time range is still shown in the view (from 1:20 to 1:30), but the waveform at that time range will be different because of the removed audio.

I can change that so that the view is scrolled to the same relative time instead of staying at the same absolute time, if there are no objections.

IMHO - change so that the view is scrolled to the same relative time instead of staying at the same absolute time
