how to record my voice into a music?

Open a song file, and then move voice. and then record my own voice into that background music. How can I do that?

There is a post which serves an example of adding vocals to background music. The post uses "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" as an example to create stereo background music first, then adds my vocals later. See adding vocals.
