Sound effect - muffled

Post by theoldmole »

Any thoughts on how to make a voice sound muffled -- as if the person were in the trunk of a car? I used some reverb and a very little touch of mechanize -- any other suggestions?

Try rolling-off the high frequencies with the equalizer (Effect -> Filter -> Equalizer). Move the high-frequency (right hand side) sliders down.
