Hi.
Is there a way to change the speed (but not the pitch) of an audio file using GoldWave? If so, could you please tell me the steps involved? Please note that I tried using the Faster option in the Doppler effect and it changed the pitch as well as the speed. Also, Please note that I am blind and use the keyboard, not the mouse.
Please let me know. Thank you very much.

Hi Rob.
The effect you want is called "Time Warp" in v5.x and simply "Time" in v6.x. There are three modes: "Rate", "Similarity" and "FFT". The latter two will change the duration of the selection without affecting pitch. For voice and simple sounds, try using "Similarity"; for music try using "FFT".
