Changing the speed of a file without changing the pitch requires complex processing that affects the quality (causing more echo, tremolo, or other side effects). In some cases using the FFT method with "Oscillator synthesis" checked may give better results than the Similarity method. Otherwise you'll need to experiment with the settings to find something that is acceptable for the audio you are working with. However there probably won't be perfect settings.
