I have a mess of cds I've ripped to.flac, we're talking over 300.

I'd like to be able to convert them with the batch processor, to a new folder, but keeping the same folder layout as the source.

In other words, placing a copy of the folder in the new source destination. That way I can easily copy and paste them to my audio player for quick browsing.

This doesn't seem possible currently despite trying all options. Could this feature be added? It'd make my life so, so much easier.

That is supported in Batch Processing and is explained in the help/manual under the Destination tab section of Batch Processing (search for "Preserve subfolder structure").
