I want to import a .wmv file containing video and 5.1 dolby audio. I want to then better align the audio and video streams and then export (or save as) the resulting .wmv filw containing the video and 5.1 dolby audio.
How do I do this or is it not possible with Multiquence?

Multiquence is limited to mono and stereo files only. You'll need to use different software to create a video file with 5.1 Dolby audio.
