If you have internet access on the same computer that you have Multiquence, then you can do this with Multiquence. Here's how you would create a click file for a tempo of 120BPM for example...
1. Go to this website:
http://www.metronomeonline.com/
2. On the image in the middle of that website, select the little hole that represents 120 BPM.
3. Open Multiquence and press the record button.
4. Choose the input that corresponds with your system sound (could be called "stereo mix" or "what you hear" or "WAV", etc).
5. Press the Red button (record button), and then name the file 120bpm-RAW, then press the SAVE button so multiquence can start recording.
6. Go back to the website page and press the "ON" button.
7. Let it record for say 7 minutes or however long you need it to be (most songs are not longer than 7 minutes these days).
8. Once you have recorded the lenght you want, press the stop button in Multiquence, and then press the + button to add the recording to a track in Multiquence.
9. Then carefully remove all the silence that exists prior to the first click getting recorded (you want the first click to be the very first sound obviously). Then save the project as a WAV file called 120BPM.
10. Manually delete the 120bpm-RAW.wav file since you no longer need it.
Repeat the above procedure to make click WAV files for other tempo settings besides 120 BPM.
