Try turning off mouse rendering under Options | Configure VideoMeld or switch on DirectX emulation mode.
Turning off mouse rendering seems to have worked.

Try restarting your computer to see if that helps. Does the error occur immediately after starting the program, or at some later point? This has been happening since the prior release. I downloaded 1.66 recently to see if it was still a problem. The only difference is the error message is different...

BeginScene was not invoked

Program doesn't work. As soon as my mouse enters the program window there's a popup:

ERROR
It's not possible to perform rendering. BeginScene was not invoked.

Hitting okay on the message box dismisses it and then the next mouse click anywhere in the program cause the same error to popup.

This doesn't accomplish what I want. I want a video AND audio source to be recorded via capture AND a separate audio coming from the microphone to be recorded AT THE SAME TIME. Multiple Audio sources

With screen capture, is there any way to capture both the sound generated by the computer program being captured and from an external microphone such that the two audio sources end up as separate audio channels in VideoMeld?
