I sometimes have bad voice recordings of phone calls where somehow cell phone interference (a hum and pops and clicks) makes the recording hard to understand. I Googled on removing cell phone interference in voice recordings and came across a program called RX9 that has a special filter for this (no way to test effectivity in a free version though). Is something like this possible in Goldwave?

You can use Effect | Noise Reduction in GoldWave to remove background noises like hiss and hum. The Pop/Click filter may be able to remove the clicks (but that is more for vinyl recordings).
