I've never used an audio program that would "undo" after "save" was applied.
I don't want to read the manual either, but, then, it isn't my problem, is it?

Once you hit "Save", you lock it up. You can modify the track further if you wish, but you can't go back.

You have just discovered why we so frequently advise that it is best to make a copy of the original track, save it and put it away so it can not be molested in any way. Work on the copy.

And if harddrive space is no big deal, it's a smart idea to save the multiple revisions as separate copies along the way. Then if you need to "undo," you won't necessarily be forced to start at the beginning.

Good point, Mathyou9.

What I do is to put my original file away then open a new sound window, perhaps reserving 10 minutes or so for a :60 sec spot. Instead of a new file for each process along the way, I do them one after another in sequence in the same file. I then make a copy of the finished product and FTP it to a client in whatever form he requests.
