What's wrong?
What's wrong?
WAV files can be played by other players, but I can't use GlodWave to edit or play.

Re: What's wrong?
GoldWave seems to be opening Wave files normally. Where do the files originate? What kind of audio do they contain (PCM or an encoded format, such as MP2 or MP3, etc.)? Perhaps you can view the properties of the file in the other players to get more information about what the files contain.

Similar thing happens to me with some FLAC files. I get the message «'An attempt was made to access memory beyond its valid range'».
Those files work normally with all other audio software I possess.
